Lifelong running goals:
To be able to keep running my whole life, do the Canadian Death Race (next year!) and stay major-injury free.

Born in PA, lived in NJ until I figured out a way to get out! I lived in Holland (the country) for a year, spent 4 years in CO at Colorado State University, moved to Tennessee and have been here ever since. I have 2 kids in college, and I’m married.

2012 season summary:
2nd at Cumberland Trail 50k, 5th at Mountains-to-Sea 50k. Top 10 at Big South Fork 17. Finished the Keys Ultras 100-miler!

Proudest running accomplishments:
My first 100-mile run in 2012, being able to experience running rim-to-rim-to-rim of the Grand Canyon alone, Traversing Zion National Park alone (both 50+ mile runs).

Planned races for 2013:
Mountain Mist 50k, Asheville Marathon @ the Biltmore, R/C Stage Race, Upchuck!!!

Check out this video about the Upchuck 50k, where Sheridan talks about his role as the “Grim Sweeper” for this race.
