I personally use them every single day from walking around my barracks room to PT in the mornings to nice weekend climbs up the mountains behind base. The FIRST thing i do when i get off work is put on my fivefingers. They are comfortable, durable, lightweight and overall the best purchase i have made to contribute to my feet. I could not be happier with this product and I have already converted at least three others

When I got these shoes I had to get another pair as the sizing on the website wasn't correct. Even a size up I find the shoes painful after wearing them for a while. But they feel AMAZING in the water. I really like how they corrected how I walked and they feel good when I initially put them on. After about 1.5-2 hours though my big toe nail throbs from the design of the shoe (and possibly a sizing issue). I don't know if anyone else had this problem but these are Short-term -wear shoes. Also, after the second time putting them on the weave tore slightly even though I was gentle and followed their "How to put them on" recommendation.I would probably get the Classics or Sprint next time.

This is my second pair of KSOs, they take a beating pretty well. I tell people if youlike being barefooted then these are for you, some people I know just don't like being barefoot for one reason or another. I personally am either in these, flipflops, or barefoot pretty much year round (I live in IL so these are my winter shoes too...)

These are honestly the best pair of shoes I've worn; it's tough to wear "Conventional" athletic shoes for work. I originally purchased them for running, and eventually just worked them in to my everyday life, much to the chagrin of friends and family. My first pair lasted three years before the wear on them was too great, and I needed a replacement set. From casual wear, yoga, and Tough Mudders, these hold up extremely well in any situation.

My 13 yr old son requested these shoes for school. Going sockless was recommended but they rubbed his feet and irrirated them....will have to buy special socks since apparently just cutting off toe part of regular sock does not work. Running in them was uncomfortable as well. He has since ditched wearing them and now wears his skechers.

I got my Vibram KSO shoes to use in my jogging routine. There was no breakin period just a few minutes to get use to the awkwad feeling from never wearing a five finger shoe before. It was difficult to get on at first but now I have no problem with that. Key is to get big toe in first. The shoes are great good traction and very light weight. It does start to feel as if you are darefoot and I have notice an improvement in my balance. I would gladly recommend them to my friends.

Very nice product but if ordering from Canada the border charges are quite high (23$).
Be careful not to order too small.
Socks were nice especially with the cold spring in Canada.

I have two pair of these and wear them just about everyday to work. Occasionally when it's wet or cold I opt for my regular tennis shoes. I work at Pepsi loading and unloading sodas all day and these are BY FAR the most comfortable shoes EVER

I have been doing a lot of walking and was looking for some better shoes. My wife had been talking about the five fingers. I did some research and found more pros than cons written about them. So what the heck figured I'd give them a try.
Well first impression is they are strange. A bit tricky to get on and like nothing I've ever put on my foot before. I was thinking not the best idea. But once on, they feel like you really aren't wearing shoes so no real need to take them off. They feel more like tight gloves on your feet not shoes.
One thing though is they are critical on size. The left one was feeling a bit tight and after a couple hours was bothering me a bit. I noticed the little loop used to pull the heel up was tucked in the back. Removed that and retightened and all is great. They are literally like a second skin.
Went for a short walk (about a mile) and you can feel your feet get a workout they never got before. Stiff but a good stiff like working muscles never worked before.
Bottom line is after a few hours of use, that actually feel more normal on your feet than a traditional shoe. The only downfall is they make you look like you have geco feet!

I walk around in these, coach gymnastics in these, and I am learning to run in my new vibrams. When I run in them I feel so free and I feel like I am able to run better, just watch out, you need to make sure you build up the strength first before you go all out and run your regular distance with them. Overall super comfortable, smelly (still working on how to combat that) but absolutely my new favorite shoe.
