The Vibram FiveFingers KomodoSport was constructed with today’s athlete in mind. This aggressive multisport design inherits what we love about the KSO with functional improvements that appeal to the most active fitness enthusiast. For the first time ever, Vibram introduces a stitch-free, seamless 2mm footbed to reduce friction. Heel and instep hook-and-loop closures help secure the stretch nylon upper to the contours of your foot-just like a second skin. The KomodoSport wouldn’t be complete without a 4mm Vibram TC1 performance rubber outsole which provides the grip and protection you need for a variety of cross training activities.

I love these shoes. I've purchased the ECCO BIOM Natural Motion shoes prior to these since I was due for new runners, but after using them, and realizing what minimalist shoes are really about, I simply had to try this out. I love them. That's all there is to it. I use it for running, walking, taking my baby to the park and even to go to the mall...I have the Komodo Sport for women and they are comfortable and great. since I started running in them, I feel my thighs and calves have gotten tighter. I feel my flexibility has increased (though the first couple of times running a simple 2k made my body feel like I'd run a race or something (I was really sore).
All in all, I'd recommend it to anyone...they are so awesome. The only thing that bugs me is the fact that the velcro tabs feel like they are stretch a bit which upsets me and the big toe was very tight even though the rest of it is my size and going a size larger would make the shoe too big :(
All in all, I love it and would recommend it.
