The Vibram FiveFingers Men's Bikila LS offers a closed speed lace system to accommodate a wider foot or higher instep. It shares the same revolutionary platform as the Bikila, featuring a Dri-Lex covered 3mm polyurethane insole (thickest under the ball) and a 4mm anatomical pod outsole design. This combination provides superior plating protection and distributes forefoot impact without compromising essential ground feedback. The Vibram FiveFingers Bikila LS’ upper is constructed of Coconut Active Carbon for natural breathability. An athletic padded collar and topline, 3M reflective surfaces, and abrasion resistant PU toe protection add to Bikila LS’ road worthy design. The defining feature of the Bikila LS’ is its closed quick lace system assuring a custom fit for a wider range of foot types

This was my first pair of Vibram. Now I'm sold on them. Ended up getting some socks as well and fit is perfect with or without them. Rock Creek has the best price around and shipping was super fast.

Fantastic shoe that allows freedom of movement of toes. Takes some getting used to walking around with minimal protection to simulate the barefoot experience. Recommend taking some time getting used to walking around in the Bikila before attempting a full on marathon.

I wear a 42 in the original Bikila, but a 42 in the LS was too small. I returned my 42 for a 43, and they fit perfectly. This is my third pair of FiveFingers, and I will continue to buy them. My knees feel great when I run in them as opposed to how they feel when I run in traditional running shoes.

I'm using the vibram bikilas to run distances ranging 5 to 10 kilometers to improve my running form. They feel great when walking and running, and they make my feet work in a more natural fashion. They are super light and create the illusion of being barefoot.

I was deeply impressed with Rock/Creek. I was not familiar with the company but found them by using a search engine for a specific shoe model. This is my first pair of Vibrams, and I am thrilled with them. I have been running (keeping the distances short, 3 mi or less) and they have been great. No leg pain at all, except sore calves which is lessening as I run more. They are great for walking around anywhere, also. I try to wear them everywhere. They do look a little strange, but it's OK, as they are very comfortable.
