The Vibram FiveFingers Bikila LS’ upper is constructed of Coconut Active Carbon for natural breathability. An athletic padded collar and topline, 3M reflective surfaces, and abrasion resistant PU toe protection add to Bikila LS’ road worthy design. The defining feature of the Bikila LS’ is its closed quick lace system assuring a custom fit for a wider range of foot types

I was deeply impressed with Rock/Creek. I was not familiar with the company but found them by using a search engine for a specific shoe model. This is my first pair of Vibrams, and I am thrilled with them. I have been running (keeping the distances short, 3 mi or less) and they have been great. No leg pain at all, except sore calves which is lessening as I run more. They are great for walking around anywhere, also. I try to wear them everywhere. They do look a little strange, but it's OK, as they are very comfortable.
