Breeze 2.0 GTX (Men's)
Product Number: 32798
The shoe that changed hiking gets a change of its own. The original Breeze Boot, launched in 2004, sparked a change in hiking footwear, for the first time, running shoe technology was utilitized to superchange a true hiking boot. Light cool, and atheletically-inclined, bown-painted wannabees. It quicly became one of the most popular hiking boots in the US. Still is, in fact. But even classic hit can be remastered. Reconfigured to be lighter, tougher and more breathable than the original, the men's Vasque Breeze 2.0 GTX is perfctly turned for the realities of today's hiking needs.

What’s in MY pack? Backpacking gear lists from a Great Smoky Mountains overnighter
"Ever since we published a series of backpacking gear lists this spring (an ultralight backpacking gear list, a traditional backpacking gear list and a beginner’s backpacking gear list) several blog readers have contacted me to ask which of those items I personally carry. After all, it’s one thing to compile lists of suggested backpacking gear, and another thing entirely to disclose exactly what I take on the trail. Well, what better way to follow up those gear lists, and answer that question, than with another gear list?"

Comments about Vasque Breeze GTX XCR (Men's):
my first pair lasted 6 years and only replaced b/c i overpronate and the soles were worn. The uppers still look great!
I live in Colorado and wear them all winter to work and while shoveling snow; and in summer while in the high country...i love them..

Comments about Vasque Breeze GTX XCR (Men's):
I needed some boots with better foot support, since I was having problems with heel pain (plantar fasciatis). Read some reviews and recommendations and decided on the Vasque Breeze GTX XCR hikers. They are nice looking boots which are very comfortable, have a short break in period, are waterproof and have helped my heel pain. The podiatrist liked them and recommended I wear them daily, too.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I use thes boots in rugged Pennsylvania terrain. They keep my feet dry in wet weather and snow and the traction on the soles is awesome.
