Very fast shipping first of all. The shoes are comfy but I do understand why people might complain that they are narrow. I have very narrow feet and they feel very snug with this pair of slippers. But overall, it's Ugg, they are comfortable.

I wear these slippers all the time! As soon as I get home from work, I throw on my North Face pants and these shoes. The shoes are so comfortable and soft, despite the snug fit. I don't know if buying a half size larger would be too big, but I do wonder because these fit so snugly. Otherwise, I love them! They keep my feet warm (which I tend to stay cold ALL the time, even living in the South) and seem to be durable.

The UGG mocassins are fine, of course. I'm writing a review to say that I found the size and color that my daughter wanted for xmas HERE when [@], [@], and every other store I tried (and I searched everywhere online) was sold out. I'd never shopped here before, but I will again soon! PS -- quick shipment!
