I bought this hat for a recent trip to Africa. I wanted something that would keep my head cool, and prevent my bald head from being sunburned. This hat was perfect. It is windy in the bush of Kenya, so the airflo was perfect. There are straps on the front and back of the hat that keep it on even in the strongest winds.
