The Strutter is Sweet Helmet's first and purest! The Strutter provides high performance protection in a lightweight and low volume construction. Its a beauty, and its won tons of design awards thru the years.
The Strutter Helmet by Sweet Protection is one of Rock Creek's best selling items. Designed in 1996 after the standard baseball cap, with a built in visor, sleek features and incredible protection, boaters all over the world have been scrambling to be a part of the "Sweet team". Not just a good looking helmet, but Sweet really makes their products to be the safest ones out there. The shells of their helmets are created with a carbon fiber that stays continuous throughout the design, which in turn gives the helmet no real place of weakness. This sort of technology is intense, and in the past only really seen in aerospace and race car industries. The Strutter has EPP padding combined with a 3 mm comfort foam and soft velour lining.. yes we said it.. velour for extra comfort and absolute protection from hard objects. The internal occi-shell allows for superior performance no matter where your boat is headed.

The strutter helmet functions as good as it looks. This helmet is definitely top notch and after having two over the last four years there would have to be a unimaginable breakthrough in technology for me to consider a different one.

Comments about Sweet Helmets Strutter Helmets - 2008:
From a distance it looks like a regular baseball cap. That makes a big difference in sports like kitesurfing were wearing a helmet tags you as a beginner or a kook. The front flap gives some protection against the sun.
I've been using it even with my new eletric skateboard.
Really nice product.

Comments about Sweet Helmets Strutter Helmets - 2008:
This is my second sweet strutter, I had one of the first to come over from norway, it was great and pretty svelte; but the new ones are much improved. I have yet to take any big bonks but if its at all like the old one it'll be better than the helmets of old. Just ask yourself , "how much is my head and appearance worth?" then fork over the dough.
