This is the best size for a 2 person cook set. You can cook 2 ramen noodles , 2 Lipton sides, 2 mac and cheese, and so on. Superlite, most stoves and accessories should fit inside all together. You can use this on the fire if you don't mind it getting a little chard. Does not have a "non-stick" finish -- so can be hard to clean if you burn your meal. I use this for many types of stoves too: alcohol, white gas, and iso-butane.
