These are great socks that I wear everyday during Spring/Summer months when I run, hike or am at work. They breathe really well and my foot never gets hot wearing them. I do like that they come alittle higher than the Micro socks as these tend to keep out dirt when I'm running. These are one of my favorite pair of socks that I own!
