Can you ship my order on the day that I place it?
Orders are typically processed and shipped in 1-2 business days.

If I place my order on a Friday, when will it ship?
Typically, orders placed on Friday -- even expedited orders -- ship out the following Monday. Unfortunately, shipping carriers do not pick up packages on the weekend or most holidays.

From where will my order ship?
Most products ship from our warehouse in TN, but some may ship from locations on the west coast. If this is the case, your order may arrive in more than one package, but you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Most orders are shipped via DHL or USPS. You will receive order tracking information via email when the package has been received by the carrier.

Where do I find shipping charges for oversized or heavy items?
The shipping charge for ground delivery of oversized and heavy items within the lower 48 states is specified on the product's information page. With these items, please allow one additional day for order processing.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APOs?
Yes, we do. P.O. Box and APO orders are delivered via the US Postal Service.

What method will you use to ship my order? We use a shipping program that compares rates from different companies and picks the best method -- this helps us give you better deals on the gear and clothing that you love! The carrier utilized may be USPS, FedEx, or UPS. If you have a concern about which carrier your package will ship with, please call customer service before placing your order.

Can my package be delivered on a weekend or holiday? This varies by shipping carrier (see above). UPS & DHL do not deliver on Saturdays, but FedEx and USPS do.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders are shipped via UPS.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:

• Orders shipped outside the U.S. will likely incur UPS brokerage fees, customs fees, tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT) and/or other fees imposed by your country. Rock/Creek is not responsible for these fees, and we have not included them in your shipping charges. You will have to pay these fees. If you refuse a package, we will subtract from your refund any fees and additional shipping charges that we incur. If you have any doubts about additional fees, please contact your local customs office before you place your order.
• Restricted Brands: Due to contracts with our vendors, we are unable to ship products from the following companies to destinations outside the United States: Patagonia, The North Face, Mountain Hardwear, Vibram FiveFingers, Suunto, Oakley, Arc'teryx, Yakima, Deuter, Columbia, Black Diamond, Salomon, SmartWool, Chaco, Sorel, and Merrell. In addition, we are unable to ship La Sportiva and Outdoor Research products to destinations outside the United States or Canada.
• We perform Address Verification on every credit card. Your order could be delayed or cancelled if your bank does not provide Address Verification Service. To expedite your order, please use a credit card issued by an American bank whenever possible.
• We reserve the right to refuse shipment to countries with high incidence of fraud. If your country does not appear as an option during check out, it likely means that we are unable to ship there.
• Oversized and heavy items may incur additional shipping charges and in some cases may not be shipped internationally. You will be contacted if additional charges apply.
• A small portion of the products on our site ship directly from the manufacturer. These products may not be available to ship internationally. If this is the case with a product in your order, you will be contacted by our customer service department.

The shipping charge for residential ground delivery within the lower 48 states is noted on each boat's product page. Please contact customer service at 1-888-707-6708 for an exact quote on shipping. Also, if you have your boat shipped to a business address we'll knock $50 off the shipping price!

Boats are securely packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days. The average time in transit is 2-7 business days depending on location. Expedited shipping is not available for kayaks or one-piece paddles.
