Not a bad liner for adding warmth to your sleeping bag. Bought this for my wife for the occasional extra cold nights in mountain regions to extend her mummy bag rating. Definitely useful for car camping. Wouldn't take it trekking in cold due to bulk and weight. Maybe good as a sleep sack for summer hiking- haven't tried that yet. Nonetheless a good product for its stated use above.
