Please note, since this is just  a stuff sack and not a dry bag with a roll top, this bag is NOT submersible.

With a Hypalon carabiner clip in the loop, as well as a pull handle on its base, items are are as easy to pull out as they are to stuff in.  Finally, the S4 comes with a fully white interior making it much easier to spot those necessary items when you need them.
