SEA TO SUMMIT ALPHALITE UTENSIL SET

The AlphaLite Cutlery Set by Sea to Summit is made up of three utensils made with ultra light and super strong 7075 aircraft aluminum alloy for your camping and backpacking experience.  The Alpha Set includes a knife, fork, and spoon, plus a mini carabiner to hold them together.  The individual utensils have several holes punched out of the handle to reduce weight and one hole is hexagonal shaped to serve as a hex wrench. 

By hard anodizing the aluminum it forms a kind of 'exoskeleton', so the shape of the utensils can be slimmer and lighter. This hardened "shell" also encapsulates the aluminum, so there is NO risk of the alloy "leaching" onto food.
