- Long runs
I love this pack for long runs on the trail. I tried to use it for long runs on the road and found it to cause me to sweat considerably. I did have to cinch the pack down considerable to keep it from bouncing which may have led to the perspiration issue. Overall, I think the pack is awesome!

Using this product now to train for my marathon in Feb. Best investment I've made. The pack is super light weight and has enough pockets and compartments to last on a 4 hour or more run. Don't spend your money on any other hydration pack. The Salomon S-Lab hydration set is the way to go!
