I had a difficult time finding Merril's that fit my feet (very wide) either they didn't have my size at all or too narrow. These were my second choice brand when shopping and after having them for about a month they are the best hiking/running shoes I've ever had. I usually run 3 miles on hard core trails and came home with blisters on my feet. These shoes are super comfortable and my feet feel great after my runs. Also an avid mountain biker and the grip on these shoes means no slipping whether I'm hiking, running, or biking. Love them!
