The Mission GTX Trekking Boot by Salomon is a waterproof boot made for those heavy packing weekends, and long days out on the trail. Made with Gore-Tex membrane that keeps your feet dry and your mind happy, while the split suede leather breaks in right out of the box for extra comfort.
Contagrip outsole provides awesome traction on dirt, mud and wet rocks, while the molded EVA midsole keeps you from fatiguing too quickly when out in the backcountry.

Really impressed with this boot, second pair of Salomons . Consistently impressed with the support,traction and Waterproofness. Lightweight which is an excellent trait. True to size kept my feet from sliding around inside and wearing blisters. Also like the string locking on the third loop which allows you to pull it tight and it will remain that way while you tie it off. Great boot.

These shoes are great for support on long hikes, stylish enough to wear daily. They're not toys, like some of those Hi-Techs. They're real hiking shoes, good for speed hiking. I wear them daily, since regular shoes leave my feet feeling too fatigued. I highly recommend these shoes if you're into speek hiking.
