Teaching in a very old school where the drinking water is questionable, I utilize all 40 ounces of water my klean kanteen can hold (I fill it with purified water at home in the morning). Each sip is refreshing due to the stainless steel construction. With each sip, I can notice the difference to plastic water bottles. The only draw back to this product is that it does dent. Mine rolled off of my desk and dented. Although considering the alternative, a plastic bottle, possibly would have cracked, denting is not that much of a draw back. I highly recommend this product.
