Just a water bottle right? And isn't that all you want? One more piece of gear that works, in the backcountry and in town, that you don't have to think about. The mouth is big enough to fit ice cubes into and to that end it will stay cold enough when you want it to stay cold. It will stay warm enough when you want it to stay warm. True, not impact resistant, but Kleen Kanteen backs up it's product with sound customer service. Enough said. It's just a water bottle.

I am very happy with this purchase. I bought 4 bottles on sale [...]. We recently decided to stop buying plastic water bottles and after research I bought these since they can go into the diswasher. I love the 27 oz and take it everywhere. My goal is to drink 3 of these a day to get 8-10 glasses of recommended H2O a day. I bought the sports caps from Amazon. I found them the cheapest there. You need the sports cap to drink while driving or on the go. The tops which come with these bottles is only good for pouring into a cup. Ice cubes fit in nicely.The main problem I have with these bottles is that they perspire. I guess that is why you can buy a cover for them direct from their website. I might break down and try one out. I don't like the outside condensation.I have never tried any out kanteen water bottle, but I am happy with this brand and plan on sticking with it.Also, my 22 month old daughter can easily drink from the sport cap, which is good. This way I don't need to bring an additional sippy cup with. Of course I need to watch so she doesn't pour it upside down, but I always need to watch her.

Love it. BPA-free, clean taste, and lightweight. All you could need in a bottle. Sounds expensive until you realize you can stop throwing away all those plastic bottles and wasting money on bottled water.

I have used several types of stainless bottles and Kleen Kanteen is best. It's well made. There are some handy accessories made for it and best of all you don't need a funnel to fill it. The mouth is wide enough to pour liquids in without spilling. The drinking top is perfect for taking a sip on the go and if it tips over it doesn't spill. I love this product

Great product. My water tastes clean and its lightweight to carry around. Super durable and fits in all the car cup holders I have been in. Definately worth the price.
