Now, these custom built sandals are available to you! With every purchase of these sandals, $20 will go towards the Southeastern Climbers' Coalition to help gain permanent public access to bouldering, climbing and hiking areas in the United States.

The Z/2's continuous strap design wraps your foot better than any other sandal and holds it centered on the footbed no matter what activity you do. Once you try a pair of Chacos you will swear off any other sandal. and an easy open toe design provide a level of comfort and performance seldom found in sport sandals. Our infinitely-adjustable, pull-through strap system and a single buckle hold your feet securely in all kinds of conditions.

    I am a huge fan of Chacos...and Rock Creek is a great retailer. [...] I read reviews before I purchased them, and was a little nervous about the comfortability of the toe strap, but I absolutely love it and my feet would feel insecure without it. I haven't really had any problems with the toe tightening up while I'm walking. I'm very pleased, and my Chacos are my absolute favorite shoes.

    I work at a summer camp off the Appalachian Trail and my chacos have lasted and are still holding up after miles of hiking, creeking, tubing, ziplining, and swimming!

    This is a good all around shoe- I can hike moderately rugged trails in Colorado, or shop in the city. I don't worry about them getting dirty or scuffed, I don't worry about them at all!

    This is my first Chaco WIDE sandal and I am very pleased - much better than the regular, although my feet are not wide. They will hike and play all summer with me. The pretty blue color just adds fun to a very serviceable sandal. The only complaint about Chaco Sandals is the nasty foot smell after wearing them all day. I have adapted because they are great in every other way.

    I have a foot condition called Morton's Neuroma which causes painful nerve spasms in the forefoot. After going to several doctors and considering surgery, I found Chacos. I am pain free and happily mobile.

    Of all the shoes in my closet, my chacos are the most important. I take them everywhere, no matter the destination, length of stay, or climate. They are among the first things that I pack. They have seen many roads, whether they be urban, or my favorite, the dirt trail. These shoes can withstand anything, mud, sand, snow, water, and rock. You name it and these shoes can make it through. I have put my shoes through everything and still they survive. I am on my second pair now, I had to replace the first not because they wore out but rather because they were stolen from me while I was in a foreign country. It seems these shoes cross all kinds of barriers, there appeal is still just as strong in a country such as India.
    I will own a pair of these shoes until the day I die and they will still be the best shoes in my closet.

    A couple of close friends have Chacos and were suggesting I get a pair. Due to my love for the outdoors and constantly being on the go, they seemed like worth a shot. Boy is that an understatement! They're awesome. I'd head to class in them, then go for a hike and take a quick swim to cool off. They were not as bad breaking in as many people have complained about. I am disappointed I hadn't ordered mine earlier in the summer so I could have enjoyed them all season long. I would strongly suggest these to anyone!!! (I really prefer the ones with the toe strap too - they offer a little more support and if you don't want that you can always pull it and keep it under your foot.)

    I loved my first pair of Chacos so much that when they finally wore out after almost eight years of all-summer-wear including world travelling and hiking, (and one sole replacement) I had to buy another pair! Well worth the money if you spend your summers in sandals.
