The Strutter Helmet by Sweet Protection is one of Rock Creek's best selling items.  Designed in 1996 after the standard baseball cap, with a built in visor, sleek features and incredible protection, boaters all over the world have been scrambling to be a part of the "Sweet team".

Not just a good looking helmet, but Sweet really makes their products to be the safest ones out there.  The shells of their helmets are created with a carbon fiber that stays continuous throughout the design, which in turn gives the helmet no real place of weakness.  This sort of technology is intense, and in the past only really seen in aerospace and race car industries.

The insides of their helmets are produced with a 7mm closed cell PZ foam giving you comfort and absolute protection in case of impact.

How many times have you heard 2 is better than 1? Well, Sweet takes that and believes in it with their 2 piece shell technology.
The upper part of the helmet (the top) is carbon fiber so the absorbance and energy of a hit, is distributed-not isolated. And the lower piece is made with a Polyethylene for a more custom fit and better protection of the upper cervical spine.  In the end, you get maximum protection with an incredible fit, and high points in the stylish category when you get a Sweet helmet.

The strutter helmet functions as good as it looks. This helmet is definitely top notch and after having two over the last four years there would have to be a unimaginable breakthrough in technology for me to consider a different one.

Comments about Sweet Helmets Strutter Helmets - 2008:

This is my second sweet strutter, I had one of the first to come over from norway, it was great and pretty svelte; but the new ones are much improved. I have yet to take any big bonks but if its at all like the old one it'll be better than the helmets of old. Just ask yourself , "how much is my head and appearance worth?" then fork over the dough.

Comments about Sweet Helmets Strutter Helmets - 2008:

From a distance it looks like a regular baseball cap. That makes a big difference in sports like kitesurfing were wearing a helmet tags you as a beginner or a kook. The front flap gives some protection against the sun.
I've been using it even with my new eletric skateboard.
    Really nice product.
