The Sea to Summit Ultra-Sil Dry Sacks are more than 50% lighter than the super popular original Dry Sacks. They’re made of Siliconized Cordura, which is one of the lightest and toughest waterproof nylon fabrics available. Now you don’t have to choose between keeping your gear dry and keeping it light.

Comments about Sea to Summit Ultra Sil Dry Sacks:
I use my ultra sil dry sacks for backpacking and have been pleased for the most part with their performance. The only problem I have experienced was from the lack of durability.

Comments about Sea to Summit Ultra Sil Dry Sacks:
I love the 1L Sea to Summit Ultra Sil dry bag. I bought it originally because I needed something to put my cell phone and some extra cash in while cycling. I can rest easy knowing my phone is protected from sweat in my jersey. Since these are so lightweight, you aren't going to notice it at all. When I'm on the bike I don't clip the top since I don't need it to be completely waterproof, but I've also tested it in other situations with the roll top closed and can attest to the fact that this bag will not leak if fully submursed in water.
Since I had such a great experience with the 1L, I've started using these bags more frequently. I use the 1L to protect my point and shoot camera whenever there's a threat of rain or when I might drop it in the water. I plan to buy a larger one to keep my SLR safe as well.
