This jacket is soo soft you won't want to stop touching it! I am very petite and smaller than average (5'0"), and the XS fits me well. The chest fits slightly larger than the rest of the jacket, but doesn't feel too big. I'm one of those people that gets cold easily, so I always have multiple layers on in cold weather (i.e. <40 deg.), but I don't think I'll need layers with this jacket, execpt for maybe a shell on top for wind. I have not used it in a windy condition yet, so I'm not sure how it performs with wind.

This jacket is so warm and cozy. Sleeves are a bit long, but I have that problem with everything, not a big deal. Fits well and is so soft. I bought the grey and it is a beautiful color.

Bought this jacket because I have been lusting after it for quite some time. It is the best of the "fuzzy" jackets. It is thicker than the others and is more fitted. The only complaint is that the sleeves seem to run a little short.

I gave this jacket to my college age daughter for Christmas. She loved it! It has the softest feel to it and is extremely warm to be so lightweight. She will likely wear it every day to class. My other daughter got one a couple of years ago and it has held up extremely well. These jackets are very cute too!

The perfect blankie - and even smart. Lots of comments at the gym as well as hiking.
I bought a second for my daughter so she wouldn't borrow mine as often and I can borrow hers ;-)
Tip - wash in a pillow case so it doesn't shed on everything and then its true perfection

This jacket is great for hiking or camping in chilly weather, or just kickin' it around town. Really soft and comfy to wear, everyone wants to touch it. Not really waterproof, but i still kept really warm, and mostly dry...and Ilive in the rainy northwest coast!

I purchased the "monkey jacket" on-line for my daughter. She selected the model, size and color she wanted and when she got it on Christmas she loved it. It's very soft, higher quality that similar products by other popular manufacturers and quite warm. My other daughter wanted something similar and we shopped all the pre-Christmas and post-Christmas sales looking for the right thing. She couldn't find anything she liked better than her sister's "monkey jacket" so we just ordered another one in a different color. She is tall and the length is not too short like many of the other jackets out there. Thanks. They're both great!

Great jacket. Really warm and soft. I use it on cold days. It's light weight but still gives you the warmth you need. It retains body temperature very well. Only concern is washing it, you must hand wash it and let it air dry.

I just got mine today and was really worried about the fit. I'm 5 ft 6.5 inches tall and 150 lbs, and I ordered a Medium. I was worried it was going to be a small fit but after trying it on, the jacket fits great. It's the perfect size, with just enough room for extra layers underneath. It's extremely warm and the material is so soft.

This has to be probably the best investment of my winter wardrobe. I live in the south but many times over the years i visit Michigan. And I am able to wear my jacket in both places and it keeps me warm without getting to hot....not to mention how soft this lovely jacket is!!

This jacket is everything I ever wanted it to be. It is SO comfortable, it looks sharp, it is SO cosy and warm and yet it is light and not as bulky as my down winter jacket. I want to wear it every day! I recommend this jacket highly. I never write these reviews, but this jacket earned it.

I love my monkey woman...it's by far the most comfortable jacket I own. The great thing about this jacket is that it's nice and warm without being too heavy. I wear it alone throughout the fall and spring, and in winter I layer it under my shell for cold and windy days. The slim fit makes it easy to layer. Plus, I love the look and fit!
