Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. Need to return something? Just send it back within 30 days of receiving your package, and we'll refund your money. No RMA number or return authorization is required. If you received a return label in your package, simply follow the directions on the label. You may return products via mail or bring them to any of our retail store locations.
HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURNS: All products purchased between November 1, 2013 and December 15, 2013 may be returned as late as January 15, 2014. Products purchased after December 15 may be returned within 30 days, as usual. Have no fear -- if your holiday gift isn't the right size or color, you'll be able to return it!
Did you receive a return label with your package?
