Worried you might choose the wrong size or color for those on your shopping list? Our extended holiday return policy means gift purchases can be returned or exchanged as late as January 15, 2012. Shop with confidence this season!



You may return products via mail or bring them to any of our retail store locations. We do not require any sort of RMA number or Return Authorization prior to returning your purchase... just send it back!

Please note that all returns are subject to the following guidelines:

  • All returns must be in new condition, with all tags attached and original manufacturer's packaging intact. Shoes without the original shoe box cannot be accepted.
  • Due to safety and hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns on the following items: climbing equipment, swimwear, or underwear.
  • Used or laundered items cannot be returned. Used merchandise will be returned without a refund.
  • Footwear must include its original box. Please do not apply postage directly to shoe boxes when returning footwear.

To return an item via mail:

  • Please include a copy of your original receipt and a completed return form.
  • The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We highly recommend using a carrier that provides insurance and tracking information. We cannot be responsible for packages which are lost or damaged before we receive them.
