You may return products via mail or bring them to any of our retail store locations. **However, PayPal and Amazon orders can be returned via mail or to the Riverside Drive retail location only
With our smart label return process you can choose to return your package for a flat fee of $6.95 which is deducted from your refund. Just apply the label to the return package, be sure to include a copy of your original receipt or a completed Rock/Creek return form, and drop your return anywhere in the U.S. Mail. Returns generally take 1-2 weeks transit time and are track-able here.

Since we cannot guarantee inventory, we do not accept exchanges. If you'd like to exchange your purchase for another item, please return your original purchase and create a new order for the replacement item.
