The Petzl OK Screw Lock Carabiner is constructed to be used in conjunction with pulleys and hauling systems.  With its oval shape, you will find it is highly efficient for running ropes through when using pulleys, and are ideal for clipping into anchors because of its ease in flipping over to accomodate whatever system is in use.
