The Taku Pant by Mammut is a very lightweight, waterproof/breathable outer layer pant. With a velcro waist and legs for the most accurate fit and pre-shaped knees in the front AND back, for the ultimate freedom of movement.
For alpine use, the edges of the pants are protected from your crampons, keeping them in tact and rip free.
