PATAGONIA STRETCH SST JACKET (MEN'S)

The Men's Stretch SST Jacket by Patagonia retains the terrific lightweight, soft, stretchy waterproof fabric of recent years.

Patagonia's venerable SST comes in a light, soft and packable waterproof/breathable fabric originally developed for alpine climbers; it affords full stretch for unimpeded casting.

But they have brought back some of the traditional features, including gusseted chest pockets: They're generous but streamlined for minimal bulk and easy, one-handed access. The right front pocket has a zippered external pocket for tippets. An internal, waterproof zippered pocket on the left front holds cell phone or camera. Reversed StretchCoat gussets seal out water at the wrists.

Details: a stretch hood that folds into the collar and fits over a variety of hats, fleece-lined handwarmer pockets, abundant D-rings, a hidden rod holder and a hook-and-loop-closing back pocket with a secure flap. Imported.
