Yakima has made the Dead Lock as a complete locking system for the current hitch-mounted racks. Keep your bikes safe while you eat dinner after a long ride.
The DeadLock set will allow you to replace the hitch pin at the receiver with the included hitch lock. You also get the locking cable in this set that secures your bikes to the rack. Together, this complete set will allow you to lock your bikes to your rack, and lock your rack to your vehicle at the hitch...Genius!

Cable 3/8" diameter by 27" long from end of arm fully extended. Hitch lock is 1x1-3/8 x 1-1/2", not including tethered cap
