The Deuter Hydro Exp 12 is one of the more comfortable and cooling hydration packs you can buy. On the backside of the pack there are two contoured foam stripes that line each side of the back, and are covered with a breathable mesh.  As a result of where they are placed, you get a "highway" of space for air to flow in and out of, getting circulation to 80% of your body.
