The Kalliste, pronounced Ka•list•a, is Werner's foam core touring blade. The Kalliste Carbon's mid-size blades and foam core profile offer the best combination in a quiet, light, and powerful paddle. Optimizing both forward and feathering strokes, the Kalliste's foam core creates a unique profile that enters and exits the water exceptionally quietly while adding buoyancy for a lighter feeling stroke.

Werner's bent shaft for touring kayaking offers several distinguishing features that literally work hand in hand with their carbon touring blades to reduce unwanted strain and make a light grip easy to use.

A neutral bend guides the wrists into natural alignment with the shaft, reducing unwanted strain. The unique index along the grip area creates comfortable hand contact, maximizing your ability to control the stroke while maintaining a light grip.  This paddle is also available in a straight shaft.

*There is a modest $15.95 fee for shipping one-piece paddles due the extra expense of shipping an oversized package. To keep this fee to a minimum, Rock/Creek covers part of the actual shipping cost.
