The Summit Antishock Trekking Poles by Leki are designed to help you keep a stable stride while hiking with an adjustable height and shock absorbing system.  A triple spring antishock system helps to absorb shocks when coming down hill keeping your knees and back from fatiguing.  Extend the pole to 55 inches for higher steps or harder climbs and lower it to 28.3 inches for traveling and storing.  COR-TEC grips are made with natural cork and rubber than constructed into an ergonomic design that is lightweight, cool in warm weather and won't freeze in cold weather.

Interchangeable tip ends can help with whatever terrain you are encountering, be it the urban jungle to the hardest, steepest hills of California.
