PETZL ASCENSION HANDLED ASCENDER

The Ascension Handled Ascender is the improved version of the famous Petzl Ascension handled rope grab/ascender. The improved cam has a slot to get rid of water, ice or mud, and teeth designed to slide up the rope more easily and grip it positively when required. The improved ergonomic shape of the handle gives a comfortable hold, even when wearing gloves.

• 2 upper holes allow a carabiner to be clipped around the rope: easier sliding up the rope when used for self-belaying, use in hauling systems
