The Women's Synchilla Vest by Patagonia is a trusted torso warmer made of recycled/recyclable Synchilla polyester fleece.
With the possible exception of duct tape, there is nothing more versatile than a fleece vest. This one provides color and core warmth without the bulk of a jacket, and is made from cushy 7.5-oz double-faced polyester fleece (85% recycled). With feminine lines, a double-fleece collar and zippered handwarmer pockets.

This is the closest you will get to recycled chinchilla warmth and softness, without harming the soft little creatures. The synchilla vest delivers a sleek style that can be dressed up, but also is great for a casual get together or hike. Zippered pockets are a real plus. Unlike real chinchillas, this fleece is machine washable!!
