The Men's Reconnaissance Jacket by Patagonia is built with Primaloft insulation and a soft-shell outer for breathability, this jacket affords warmth with no overheating, and is fully featured to keep you going throughout the day. Warm as an open flame, soft as a foot of Alta's finest. The Reconnaissance combines soft-shell performance (highly breathable and supple) with warm, compressible 100-g Primaloft Eco insulation for riders who rip in the cold and dry conditions of big-mountain country.
The fabric package starts with a double-weave 100% polyester shell (45% recycled) that's soft and stretchy to preserve upper-body mobility. Welded seams increase compressibility, and Patagonia's Deluge DWR (durable water repellent) finish thwarts wind and water. A lightweight all-recycled polyester lining wicks moisture on the uptrack and adds an easy-sliding surface for layering.
For bluebird days, pit zips keep your core temperature regulated, and the helmet-compatible hood and stretchy powder skirt (with webbing loops that connect to any Patagonia Ski/Snowboard pants) zip away. Pockets: two handwarmers, an insulated chest pocket for an audio device and a left bicep pocket. Pass holder under the jacket hem.
Recyclable through the Common Threads Recycling Program.
