R2 Jacket (Women's)
Product Number: 22168
The Women's R2 Jacket by Patagonia is made of warm, breathable, compressible and stretchy high-loft fleece. The R2 Jacket is lightweight and provides superior insulation under a shell for alpine ascents and descents.
Equally adept at trapping body heat under a shell on Denali as it is lounging with turn-earned ease in backcountry yurts, Patagonia's R2 Jacket spans the spectrum of cold-weather usage. We've worked with Polartec to refine this exclusive Thermal Pro polyester fabric, which is super light, extremely compressible and breathable, warm, stretchy and soft. The short-sheared but high-loft face has a smooth appearance, and the directional knit wicks superbly, speeding dry times. Polartec Power Stretch panels on the outer forearms and along the sides increase durability in high-wear areas and allow for a close, mobile fit while retaining warmth. With a softly lined inner collar and chin flap for skin comfort, offset shoulder seams to stay clear of pack straps and zippered pockets (one chest and two handwarmers).

Comments about Patagonia R2 Jacket (Women's) - 2008:
My favorite Patagonia fleece so far. I have 2 other Patagonia fleeces and this is now my favorite. Very soft, functional. I love it so much I find myself wearing it everyday since I got it. Definetly worth the money.

Comments about Patagonia R2 Jacket (Women's) - 2008:
This is a beautiful jacket! I ordered it in the green Watercress color and it's very pretty. The material is so soft and warm, but it's also lightweight and breathable.
However, I am very disappointed in the fit of this jacket. I wear a medium in juniors shirts and wear a size 6 pants. I ordered a medium in this jacket, and it's honestly very big. The body of the jacket comes so far away from my body. I could easily wear a size small. The bottom of the jacket barely comes to the top of my pants. All of my shirts hang below the bottom hem of the jacket, and it just looks very awkward.
Try before you buy! I was so excited to get this jacket, and now I don't even want to wear it.

Comments about Patagonia R2 Jacket (Women's) - 2008:
I have several of these R2 jackets. I liked the old models better. They were slightly lighter fleece fabric. I wear them like sweaters indoors. They work great for layering. Patagonia quality is hard to beat.

Comments about Patagonia R2 Jacket (Women's) - 2008:
I wear this jacket everywhere. It is perfect for the crisp fall days. I love the fit of it; its more feminine silhouette is very flattering. I often wear it jogging when it's a bit cold outside because the three pockets allow me to store my wallet, keys and mp3 player. This product gets two thumbs up!
