The Women's Capilene 1 Silkweight Stretch T-Shirt is Patagonia's stretchiest synthetic baselayer provides superior flexibility, comfort, moisture-management and 50+ UPF sun protection.
Light and smooth, this tee stretches when your bouldering workout has you folding and twisting like human origami. This is Patagonia's most flexible baselayer, made to keep you dry and moving freely during active pursuits. The 84% polyester/16% spandex fabric provides 50+ UPF sun protection and has Gladiodor odor control for the garment. It rests lightly on the skin, allows a cooling airflow, and wicks perspiration. The self-fabric neckline features a feminine, slightly scooped shape. Offset seams feel smooth under pack straps, and reflective logos on the front and center-back add visibility.

I have yet to go running in this shirt, but it's very light and comfortable and seems like it would be fine for long runs. I got the black version, and although I don't love the logo placement on the front and back, it isn't that prominent.
I've worn the shirt under a blazer for work and it's held up well, even through subway commutes in 85+ degree heat. I like the silky feel of the material and the low-maintenance cleaning -- just wash in cool water and hang to dry. Good value for money!
