Great for lightweight hiking shoes but the velcro straps come off eventually so they are useless but you don't need them.Had to run some other parachute line throught the holes that go underneath the gaiter to keep them staitonary.But for a lightweight gaiter to keep some rocks and dirt out to prevent blisters they are ok.
