I love to be active all times of the year. When summer hits running can be hard in the heat, but I still need the sun protection for my face. This hat does just that and still allows for my head to breathe and keep the sweat out of my eyes. The combination of the lightweight nylon and mess give the best balance you can ask for in an adventure hat.
