The Sun Runner Cap by Outdoor Research is a SolarShield^TM fabric made with UPF 30+ that is constructed with a Coolmax® headband built on the inside of the hat to catch the moisture you produce in high aerobic activity.  With mesh side panels that aid in ventilating and a removable sun skirt that snaps to the bill and covers the mesh sides of the hat as well as your neck from sun exposure, you could not find more protection than this hat - unless you just don't leave your house.
