I already own an Atmos 50 which was the first pack I have owned that I enjoyed wearing. I needed a smaller pack for day hikes and decided on the Stratos 36 for it's slightly smaller size. I have used it on several hikes already and the comfort level is exceptional. Enough so that I hope it has enough volume to replace to Atmos 50 for winter day hikes. Great job Osprey....
