      Yes, there is an internal sleeve to hold a hydration bladder. One of the neat things Osprey does is including a port for the drinking tube on each side of the pack, so that you can set it up on either side according to your preference.

      The shoulder straps are removable on this pack, so you could take them off and stow them inside the pack if you were going to check or ship the bag.
