General Shipping Information:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. If you have selected an expedited shipping method and your order needs to ship on the same day that you place it, please call us at 888-707-6708 before 9am EST. We will be happy to accommodate you to the very best of our ability. Some of our products ship directly from our manufacturers, so items may arrive in more than one package, however your single packing slip will reflect the total cost of your order, including shipping. The following shipping prices exclude oversized or heavy items. The shipping charge for ground delivery of oversized and heavy items within the lower 48 states is designated on the product’s information page. Please note that exceptionally large items may require delivery to a business address.

If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, your order will be delivered via USPS. Average time in transit for UPS Ground is 3-6 business days, but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery (please note that UPS does not count the pick-up day as a day in transit). AK, HI & US Territories:
USPS Priority Mail - $12.95
USPS Express Mail - $24.95
Average time in transit for USPS Priority Mail is 2-3 days, but please allow up to a week for delivery. Average time in transit for USPS Express Mail is 1-2 days depending on location.
Canada and Mexico:*

Average time in transit for USPS Global Airmail is 4-10 days, but please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Average time in transit for USPS Global Express Mail is 3-5 days.

*Information on International Orders: Duty, Taxes, and Customs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. Individuals ordering internationally may be subject to fees and/or import taxes by their own country’s government. We cannot be held liable for fees applied to your shipment upon arrival. Address Verification: We perform Address Verification on every Credit Card. Your order could be delayed or cancelled if your bank does not provide Address Verification Service. To expedite your order, please use a credit card issued by an American bank when possible. Insurance is always included when it is available. For some countries, the only way to insure parcels is via Global Express Mail. If this is the case for your order, you may be contacted by a member of our customer service department. We highly recommend that you select Global Express Mail if insurance is not offered with our other shipping options. If you select a delivery method that does not allow for insurance, you assume liability for lost or damaged orders. Restricted Brands: Due to contracts with our vendors, we are unable to ship Oakley or Merrell products to destinations outside the U.S., and we are unable to ship La Sportiva products to destinations outside the U.S. and Canada.
Kayak Shipping:
Unlike other retailers, we charge fixed rates for shipping kayaks - no confusion and no hidden "wrapping charges." To keep these fees to a minimum, we pay a large portion of the actual shipping cost. The shipping charge for business address delivery within the lower 48 states is designated on each boat's product information page. To avoid delays and additional shipping charges, please provide us with a business address where we can ship your boat. Freight carriers charge an additional fee to ship to residential addresses. If you require residential delivery, please call us for a shipping quote. We will not apply any additional charges to your order without your approval. Average time in transit is 2-5 business days, but please allow up to 7 business days. Expedited shipping is not available for kayaks or one-piece paddles.
