FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Can you ship my order on the day that I place it? Orders are typically shipped out in 1-2 business days. If you have selected an expedited shipping method and your order needs to ship on the same day that you place it, please call us at 888-707-6708 before 9am EST. We will be happy to accommodate you to the very best of our ability.
If I place my order on a Friday when will it ship? Typically orders placed on Friday, even expedited orders, ship out the following Monday (UPS does not pick up on weekends).
From where will my order ship? Most products ship from our warehouse in TN (click here to see UPS Ground time-in-transit map), but some may ship from locations on the west coast. If this is the case, your order may arrive in more than one package, but you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.
Will I receive tracking information for my order? If your order is shipped via UPS (most orders are), you will receive order tracking information via email when the order ships.
Where do I find shipping charges for oversized or heavy items? The shipping charge for ground delivery of oversized and heavy items within the lower 48 states is designated on the product’s information page. For more info on shipping kayaks, click here.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APOs? Yes, P.O. Box and APO orders are delivered via USPS.
Does UPS deliver on weekends? No, UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:
- Restricted Brands: Due to contracts with our vendors, we are unable to ship Patagonia, The North Face, Mountain Hardwear, Suunto, Oakley, Arc'Teryx, Garmin, Yakima, Deuter, Salomon, Smartwool, and Merrell products to destinations outside the U.S.; we are unable to ship La Sportiva and Outdoor Research products to destinations outside the U.S. and Canada.
- Orders shipped outside the U.S. will likely incur customs, tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT) and/or other fees imposed by your country. Rock/Creek is not responsible for these fees, and we have not included them in your shipping charges. You will have to pay these fees. If you refuse a package, we will subtract from your refund any fees and additional shipping charges that we incur. If you have any doubts about additional fees, please contact your local customs office before you place your order.
- We perform Address Verification on every credit card. Your order could be delayed or cancelled if your bank does not provide Address Verification Service. To expedite your order, please use a credit card issued by an American bank whenever possible.
- We reserve the right to refuse shipment to countries with high incidence of fraud. If your country does not appear as an option during check out, it likely means that we are unable to ship there.
- Oversized and heavy items may incur additional shipping charges and in some cases may not be shipped internationally. You will be contacted if additional charges apply.
- A small portion of the products on our site ship directly from the manufacturer. These products may not be available to ship internationally. If this is the case with a product in your order, you will be contacted by our customer service department.

At Rock Creek we do our very best to keep kayak shipping charges to a minimum. In fact, we pay a large portion of the shipping cost for you. And unlike other online stores, we don't charge any hidden wrapping fees.

The shipping charge for Ground Delivery to a Business Address in the Lower 48 States is noted on each boat's product page. If you prefer your boat to be delivered to your home, there is an additional Residential Delivery Charge of $50.
Boats are securely packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days. The average time in transit is 2-7 business days depending on location. Expedited shipping is not available for kayaks or one-piece paddles.
