Returns & Exchanges

Products may be returned or exchanged by mail or at any of our store locations within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must have tags still attached, show no signs of use (subject to our discretion), and be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. For your safety, life supporting climbing gear, such as carabiners, harnesses and ropes, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges:

  • If you are exchanging an item, we recommend that you order the new item online to ensure that it does not go out of stock. We will credit your credit card upon receipt of your return.
  • While we do not cover your return shipping costs, we are happy to ship your exchange item for free (excluding international orders, kayaks, and oversized or heavy items). After the first exchange you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
