These guys have been great, they have an arch support thats great for standing in all day. For a flip flop you can't find much better. Only drawback is since they are leather I wouldn't want to take them to the pool, but awesome for a casual day.

I use these Flips around town and as an everyday flip. It does have an arch built in and feels better as it conforms to your foot the more you wear them. These flips are also true to my normal size. I wouldn't really use these as my beach shoe as the are made more for casual and not the best for being around water. I used these once when I went climbing and on steep terrain I kept sliding out of them so my Chaco Flips worked better for me in that application. Lastly I have low volume feet and these flips fit me perfectly.
