The Stretch Miwok Short by The North Face is a do-it-all running short that has a really nice lightweight feel and stretch for easier movement and stride.  The Stretch Miwok is also made with a carbon from Bamboo technology, which helps to eliminate odors or bacteria from forming, and has a UPF of 30 to help keep sun off your skin. 

Mesh panels are added to the short for temperature regulation keeping air moving through the short while you are moving forward.  If you are a runner of any sort, these are the shorts to wear throughout the spring into summer.
