I am so happy to have found a fleece that fits me well. I am petite and most regular size tops are very large on me. The Scythe jacket is very fitted, so it is actually perfect on me and there is still enough room for a thicker wool sweater underneath. It also layers well under a rain shell. It is warm but not heavy due to the Polartec thermal pro high-loft, and perfect for the "winter" in central Texas, and when under a shell is fine in the 30s. It is not windproof, but it does protect from wind better than most fleeces I've tried. The fleece is also very soft and furry, but not quite as high pile as the Osito. I actually prefer the Scythe since I will use this for hiking, and the fit is also much better on me. I purchased the turquoise color, and the actual product is a bit different from the picture in that the Kodiak Blue polar stretch is also on the collar and cuffs, but I like it that way since it looks sportier. For reference, I am 5'2", 104lbs, and the size XS is perfect.
