I wear this jacket almost every day. I live in Mississippi where it gets cold (about 30s), and this jacket is great, even when it is windy. I wouldn't say it's "wind-proof," but almost. I like that it is really light weight, but it's super warm and really soft. By fair, my favorite jacket in my closet. The only downside would be that I would not wear it when it's wet. Because it's kind of "fluffy," I'm not sure it would handle rain well.

My granddaughter was thrilled when she received the Osito jacket. Being 12 it's not easy to "please" a young girls taste. This jacket met all the requirements a young teen wants. From what I understand she wears the jacket everyday. Basically, lives in it!! I was happy to find it on Rock Creek website after searching for many weeks. The delivery was quick, easy & free, right to my front door. What else could a grandmother ask for!!!!!! Thank you again & again....

This Osito fleece is absolutely wonderful! The fleece is extremely warm and cozy. If you want to wear a sweatshirt underneath, buy one size up. Most importantly, Rock Creek is a company which offers superior customer service!!! I needed to complete an exchange and the company made it a quick and easy transaction. 2 thumbs up!!

I wear this to school so that I don't have to carry a coat around all day. It keeps me as warm as my coat does and I LOVE that!
It's so so so warm. It's also soft. Much better than normal fleece.

I wear this jacket outside on cool evenings. The fit is great, even for someone long in the arm or torso, I didn't have to go one size up to get a great fit. Love that the pockets zip although an inside zippered pocket would be nice. I also have a white one that has been washed several times and shows no sign of yellowing or pilling. The ibiza blue is even brighter, and in my opinion, prettier than shown on the web. More of a bright turquoise than a sky blue. Considering getting another one, I love this full zip style much better than the mossbud pullover. Northface quality is worth every penny!

I purchased this jacket in the hot pink color for my daughter to wear around campus. We live in Memphis; she has been able to wear it most of the winter (she has only needed a heavier coat on a few occassions.) She loves the fit and color. The silky fleece has not matted, and it does not collect pet fur like the other micro fleece jackets do. It washes beautifully. I will probably purchase another color next fall! It costs more than the off-brands, but it is very much worth it, as it still looks brand new after months of wear!
