The Freedom Insulated Pants by The North Face are a waterproof, breathable pant with a synthetic insulation that keeps you warm even when wet, and offers fully seam sealed  protection during the winter months. The Freedom Pants are cut so you have freedom in the fit allowing you to move without constriction, especially nice when skinning up the slopes in the backcountry.  

The Free Fit is a relaxed, contemporary fit, cut generously through the seat, thighs, knees and cuff.  Free Fit pants offer maximum mobility, flexibility, and a smooth easy style.

A StretchVent gaiter with gripper elastic keeps snow and water out of your boots and reinforced cuffs keep the pants down providing a little extra protection.
